McGUFFEY — The Upper Scioto Valley Board of Education is seeking applications to fill the expiring term of board member Nancy Osborn, who will fulfill her responsibilities as a board member through Dec. 31. The board will begin interviewing candidates soon and must name a replacement by Jan. 30.
