The Hardin County Board of Elections will be closed Wednesday, Jan. 9 through Friday, Jan. 11 to allow the board members, staff, director and deputy director to attend the Ohio Secretary of State’s Conference in Columbus.

Several staff members with Universal Home Health and Hospice of Bellefontaine recently completed additional education for their positions. Pamela Frost of Bellefontaine graduated with a doctorate in psychology from Capella University in October.

The Hardin County Agricultural Society met Wednesday, Dec. 26, for its January board meeting and holiday dinner at the Plaza Inn Restaurant in Mt. Victory. Eighteen directors were present and 25 guests were present. Corey Ledley, president, called the meeting to order.

The Hardin County Board of Elections will have the swearing in of the new director and deputy director at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 3, 2019 in the Common Pleas Courtroom. The regular meeting will immediately follow in the board office.
