Ada council advances refuse ordinance

ADA — In a special meeting of the Ada Village Council on Tuesday night, council members approved the second reading of a refuse collection system ordinance. The legislation would award the contract to Wright Refuse to provide refuse collection and recycling within the village at a rate of $17.25 per month per dwelling unit.

CLEVELAND – Waynesfield native Phil Yale became just the fifth member inducted into the Proforma Hall of Fame during the company's annual convention in Las Vegas. He is the fourth generation of his family to work in printing, after his father, grandfather, and great-grandfather operated Yale Bros. Printers and published the Waynesfield Chronicle.

Special Ada meeting set

ADA — A special Ada Village Council meeting has been called for Tuesday, Oct. 30 at 6:30 p.m. in council chambers to discuss the refuse contract and consider the second reading of legislation to enact the contract.
