Judge to rule on attorney conflict in attempted murder case Judge Scott Barrett is being asked to decide if a conflict of interest will keep a Marion attorney from representing a Roundhead man in an attempted murder case. Garrett “Tony” Sheldon is being charged with a total of 15 counts including attempted aggravated murder, a felony of the first degree, and four counts of attempted aggravated arson, after law enforcement says he attempted to convince his son to kill his estranged wife and stepson by setting their house on fire. Ada man pleads guilty to rape, four additional charges A rural Ada man is facing the likelihood of spending the rest of his life in prison after pleading guilty in Hardin County Common Pleas Court earlier this week to five sex charges involving his own children.
