Young councilman Michael White is learning on the job Through his experience in being on the Kenton City Council, Fourth Ward Councilman Michael White has had the opportunity to meet many individuals, some of whom lived just a few houses down the road from him. White, just 22 years of age, began his first term on council in January of 2016.
