Kenton departments settle into new home at 555 building The building doesn’t have an official name yet, but the Kenton departments occupying the city’s new annex at 555 W. Franklin Street are happy with their new home. Since early November, the “555 building” has been the new location for the city’s water, income tax, parks and recreation offices and street department. Alliance tabs Purcell to lead chamber, tourism programs The Hardin County Chamber and Business Alliance hired a friend to join its team of directors. Jesse Purcell is one of the founding members of the Women L.E.A.D. program through the Alliance and will become its Director of Chamber and Tourism on Jan. 2. Kids, families, seniors benefit from YMCA annual campaign Providing scholarships to children, senior citizens and families to utilize YMCA programs is the goal of the Annual Support Campaign underway at the Hardin County Family YMCA.
