Owner of meth lab in Alger receives four years in prison A traffic stop resulted in putting a meth lab out of business in the village of Alger and has sent the owner to prison for four years. According to Hardin County Common Pleas Court records from Prosecutor Brad Bailey's office, Timothy Shepherd, 103 E.
