A Lakeview man was sent to prison for a drug charge recently in a case heard in Hardin County Common Pleas Court. According to court records from Prosecutor Brad Bailey's office, Todd Alan Prall was sentenced to six months in prison after he pleaded guilty to one charge of aggravated possession of drugs.

Jessica Long, Lima – speeding 47 mph in a 35 mph zone, fined $25.

The Hardin County Veterans Service Office shared its report for August. During that time, there were 21 vouchers written for a total of $1,872.62.

The Hardin County Recorder’s Office reported the following transactions for August:

Matti R. Marling, 9817 TR 210, Kenton – speeding 47 mph in a 35 mph zone, fined $25. Elizabeth Parker, Bloomdale – speeding 50 mph in a 35 mph zone, fined $25. Fined $25 for speeding 51 mph in a 35 mph zone were: Robert L. Brown, Kirby; and Christopher L. Hinklin, Upper Sandusky.

Ryan K. D. Furr, Lima – speeding 30 mph in a 20 mph zone, fined $150.

Hardin County Recorder Brenda Rainsburg released the following property transfers for July:

An Ada man who fled from law enforcement and attacked a deputy’s vehicle in an incident last August was found not guilty by reason of insanity recently in the Hardin County Common Pleas Court. According to court records from Prosecutor Brad Bailey's office, John Wayne Denton, 417 Highland Ave., Ada, was charged with one charge each of vandalism, felonious assault, disrupting public services and possession of criminal tools.

Mary M. Ward, 16008 CR 84, Kenton – speeding 38 mph in a 25 mph zone, fined $25. Mohammed Hadi Al-Ziyadi, Detroit, Mich. – speeding 44 mph in a 25 mph zone, fined $25.

Hardin County Recorder Brenda Rainsburg released the following property transfers for July: Rebecca L. Reed and husband to Don F. Rish and wife – part of Inlot 7, William Carey’s Western Addition, Kenton. Tax $103.60.
