Judge Scott Barrett has determined there is no conflict of interest in attorney representation in a case involving charges a Roundhead man attempted to have his wife killed. Gerrick “Tony” Anthony Sheldon, 3010 CR 130, Roundhead Township, is facing two charges of complicity in an attempt to commit aggravated murder, a felony of the first degree (F1).

Fined $25 for speeding 49 mph in a 35 mph zone were: Tiffany Lynn Breidenbach, 15990 TR 74, Forest; and Mark A. Schroeder, Lima. Mark J. Umphrey, LaRue – speeding 50 mph in a 35 mph zone, fined $25.

An Upper Sandusky woman was placed on community control for five years after being found guilty of drug charges in a case heard in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

In what he called “the most heinous” case to come before him, Hardin County Common Pleas Court Judge Scott Barrett sent an Ada man to prison for the rest of his life on Wednesday. Albert Mast Sr. was originally charged with 123 counts in July of sexually abusing his children.

A Marysville woman was sent to prison for 11 months after pleading guilty to drug charges in a case heard in Hardin County Common Pleas Court. According to court records from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s office, Milecha Whitacre was found guilty of possession of heroin after she was involved in a traffic stop.

The Hardin County Probate and Juvenile Courts will be closed from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 13.
