Lima woman sent to prison in drug death A Lima woman was sent to nearly five years in prison after she was found guilty of two felony charges in a case heard in Hardin County Common Pleas Court. According to court records from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s office, Tasha Michelle Neeley, Lima, pleaded guilty to one charge of complicity to involuntary manslaughter for her part in the overdose death of William Allen Adams on New Year’s Eve of 2016.
