Hardin County Recorder Brenda Rainsburg has released the following property transfers for July:

A Lima woman was sent to nearly five years in prison after she was found guilty of two felony charges in a case heard in Hardin County Common Pleas Court. According to court records from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s office, Tasha Michelle Neeley, Lima, pleaded guilty to one charge of complicity to involuntary manslaughter for her part in the overdose death of William Allen Adams on New Year’s Eve of 2016.

FOREST — Four suspects were taken into custody and drugs and weapons were seized at a Forest residence on Friday. Officers from the Adult Parole Authority and the Forest Police Department were assisted by the Hardin County Crime Task Force due to suspected criminal activity at 308 Speidel Ave., Forest.

Khloe Mae Camper, 305 W. Grove St., Kenton – speeding 46 mph in a 35 mph zone, fined $25. Fined $25 for speeding 49 mph in a 35 mph zone were: Ann E. Handley, Marion; Darlene M. Harp, 208 Stevens St., Kenton; and Bailey Alexis Rainsburg, 398 E. Forest Road Apt. 21B, Kenton.

A Findlay woman was placed on community control for five years after pleading guilty of two counts of forgery in a case heard recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court. According to court reports from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s office, Angelina L. Might also was fined $100 per charge for a total of $200 by Judge Scott Barrett.

A $1 million bond has been set for a rural Harrod man accused of attempting to have his ex-wife murdered. Gerrick Anthony Sheldon, 41, whose address is 3010 CR 130, in Roundhead Township, was arraigned Monday afternoon in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

Savannah Ferkins, 2545 Anthony St., Dola – speeding 45 mph in a 35 mph zone, fined $15. Rhonda Noonan Muncie, 723 W. Lima St. Lot 26, Kenton – speeding 47 mph in a 35 mph zone, fined $25.
