ADA — Twp Ada men were arrested for sexually-related charges and taken to the Multi-County Corrections Center in Marion. Former Allen East band director was taken into custody at 11 a.m. Thursday after a grand jury indictments against him on Wednesday.

Judith Marie Haas, 313 W. Lima Ave. Apt. A, Ada – speeding 45 mph in a 35 mph zone, fined $15.

A Kenton man was sentenced to prison for his role in burglaries in April 2016. Hayden S. Radabaugh, 21, was sentenced to four and a half years in prison after pleading guilty to three counts of burglary and two counts of grand theft, all third-degree felonies.

A Kenton woman was placed on community control after she pleaded guilty to theft charges in Hardin County Common Pleas Court. According to court records from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s office, Cristina Marie Ratliff, 126 W. North Ave., Kenton, was a guest in her grandmother’s home when she took “multiple pieces of jewelry” without her grandmother’s consent on May 10, 2016.

Jon Christopher Cross, 16511 Maureen Drive, Kenton – speeding 40 mph in a 35 mph zone, fined $15. Fined $25 for speeding 46 mph in a 35 mph zone were: Sarah Rose Ann Stevens, Tiffin; and Franklin D. Messenger, Sparta, Ky.

Hardin County Recorder Brenda Rainsburg released the following property transfers for June: Rose M. Zuchetto and others, trustees, to Ryan D. Grindell and wife, 2 acres in part of Section 11, Jackson Twp. Tax $318.80.

A Kenton woman was sent to prison for nine months after she pleaded guilty to tampering with evidence in a case heard in Hardin County Common Pleas Court. According to court records from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s office, Alisha Rose Wynegar, 14594 TR 114, Kenton, was sentenced by Judge Scott Barrett.

Bobby Morrow, 751 W. Franklin St., Kenton – speeding 65 mph in a 55 mph zone, fined $15.

An Ada youth who has a record of violence, crime and drug abuse as a juvenile will begin his adult life in prison. According to court records available through Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s office, Kacey Lee Rimes, 305 S. Simon St., Ada, was found guilty in Hardin County Common Pleas Court of one count each of burglary, grand theft with a firearm specification and safecracking.
