Kenton to create 4-way stop on Silver St. A four-way stop will be created on Silver Street in Kenton, west of Kenton Elementary School, at the direction of Mayor Randy Manns. Progress being made at new HN track site DOLA — The construction of the new Hardin Northern track facility continues, Superintendent Jeff Price reported to his board of education at its meeting Wednesday night.
