An officer was requested for a report of a man living in a vehicle that he parks on North High Street. Suspicious activity was reported at Porterhouse West.

Suspicious activity was reported at Scioto Village. Kelly J. Thompson, 404 Levings St., was issued a summons for failure to confine a vicious dog.

A probation officer came on station with a bag full of drug paraphernalia, knives and empty packages of potpourri and cigars.

A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 300 block of Decatur Street. Jessica Alford, 420 E. Franklin St., reported a theft from her residence.

A fight was reported at Scioto Village Apartments. A domestic dispute was reported in the 1,400 block of S. Main Street.

A report was received of someone pointing a green laser pointer at cars on S. Main Street and E. Walnut Street.

A private property injury accident was reported at Herzog’s Car Wash.

A theft from a vehicle was reported at 1037 S. Main St. Apt. B14. Amber Vermillion, 403 N. Leighton St., reported the theft of a GPS device from her vehicle.

Patricia Katterjohn, 303 S. High St., was southbound on North Wayne Street, while Theresa Buroker, 615 S. Main St., was backing out of a business and backed into Katterjohn. Buroker was cited for improper starting and backing.

Vandalism to a vehicle by a known suspect was reported at 810 Vernon St. Raymond J. Driesbaugh, 224 S. Leighton St., reported that overnight, an unknown person poked a hole in the front-left tire of his pickup truck while it was parked in front of his residence.
