A gathering of friends of Rick L. Vires will be 2-4 p.m. Wednesday at the AMVETS Post 1994 in Kenton, where military honors will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. He died at 7:42 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 10, 2016 in the emergency room at Hardin Memorial Hospital, Kenton.
