An officer was requested at Lifeworks in reference to a possible assault. Lakeisha M. Tate, 534 N. Oak St., was arrested on a warrant from the police department and the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office.

Friday An officer was requested at Walmart for an unknown disturbance.

Lisa Lynn Lemaster, 900 E. Columbus St. No. 306, was arrested on a warrant through the Lima Municipal Court. A report was received of an unwanted person at Scioto Village Apt. 18.

Debra L. Fisher-White, 902 E. Columbus St. No. 201, called the police department to report her medication had been stolen from her hotel room. Vandalism was reported at 425 N. Main St. and at Scioto Village.

Officers were dispatched to 302 W. Carey St. for a report of an unwanted person. A report was received of an abandoned bicycle beside the AEP building on S. Main Street.

A report was received of an accident in the Walmart parking lot. An abandoned dog was reported at Scioto Village.

Friday Jerry R. Cannode, 208 1/2 N. Cherry St., was issued a citation for driving under suspension.

Clinton Dean Short, Rushsylvania, was located at Scioto Village Apt. 33. It was known that there was an active probation pick-up order for Short. The order was confirmed and he was taken into custody. He was later transported to the Multi-County Correctional Center.

Thefts were reported at 220 W. Letson St. at Scioto Village Apt. C-11. Loitering was reported in the 300 block of W. Franklin Street.

Tuesday An officer was dispatched to Jumpin’ Jim’s for a reported suspicious person. A non-injury accident was reported in the 900 block of E. Columbus Street.
