Officers were dispatched to 508 S. Wayne St. to assist the Hardin County Dog Warden. While standing by at the residence, the suspect, Kristina M. Miller, same address, allegedly threatened the dog warden and was subsequently arrested and issued a summons for menacing.

A report was received of a burglary at Kenton Village Apartments. An abandoned vehicle was reported in the 400 block of E. Columbus Street.

Prowlers were reported in the 500 block of E. North Street.

A report was received of semi traffic running through traffic cones on the square. A loose dog was reported on Robinson Avenue.

A suspicious male was reported in the 200 block of N. Main Street.

Brandi L. Rowe, 12286 CR 130, and Jennifer Sheldon, Harrod, were stopped in traffic eastbound in the 200 block of W. Franklin Street. Mackena N. Manns, 1104 Cooper St., was traveling east in the same block and failed to stop for the stopped traffic, striking Rowe.

Brenda Bushnell, 502 W. Columbus St., called on station to report that a black Mongoose bicycle was stolen from her residence.

A suspicious male was reported in the 300 block of Kuert Avenue. Norris L. Spangler Jr., 917 Wilson St., was issued a summons for open burning.

A domestic situation was reported at 340 Hayes Ave.
