An officer was dispatched to a report of drug activity at 431 E. Carrol St. Upon investigation, it was found that Haley M. Hayter, same address, had an outstanding warrant out for her arrest.

Margaret A. Bechtol, 119 E. Lynn St., reported the theft of her license plates. She stated that last June, she put the vehicle in storage at 115 S. Cherry St. inside a garage.

Jennifer L. Mock, 444 W. Columbus St., reported that sometime overnight, someone broke out the window on the rear driver’s side door of her vehicle, which was parked in a gravel parking area in front of her residence at the time of the incident.

A report was received of a vehicle break-in at 213 E. Columbus St. Witnesses stated that they observed two males walk up to a van at the location, with one entering the vehicle and the other standing look-out.

Ashley M. Arnold, 433 E. Eliza St., reported the theft of a tool set by a known suspect.

Timothy A. Hensley II, 626 W. Lima St., was stopped at a red light on East Columbus Street facing west. Viera Yosnel, Tampa, Fla., was stopped in the left turn lane on East Columbus Street facing west.
