Sheriff won’t tolerate more squealing tires by mourners During the burial portion of a funeral on Thursday, mourners chose to pay tribute to the deceased by closing down a major highway and squealing their tires on the pavement. Leader of home invaders sent to prison A Kenton man who authorities say was the leader of a group of five men who invaded a Kenton home in September was sent to prison for more than eight years earlier this week in a case heard in Hardin County Common Pleas Court. According to court records from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s office, Peyton William George, 608 N. Main St., Kenton, pleaded guilty to aggravated burglary, two counts of felony assault and grand theft with a firearms specification. Read More
Ada junior high students get new course options ADA — Junior high students at Ada will be given more choices in selecting their electives in the coming school year.
