KHS grad Gray reaches podium at College Club swim nationals Kenton High School graduate Mo Gray competed in the 2019 Finis College Club Swim National Championship meet this past weekend at McCorkle Aquatic Pavilion at Ohio State University in Columbus. The meet, organized by the USA Masters Swimming, hosted more than 1,000 swimmers from 860 clubs from all over the country who competed in more than 5,400 individual events. Read More

Care packages for troops focus of local leader of Blue Star Mothers When Kathy Tracy’s son Drew joined the Air Force in 2009, she had never heard of the Blue Star Mothers of America Hardin County Chapter. Lady Falcons run to third at Carey Relays CAREY — The Riverdale girls were third and the Falcon boys were sixth of eight teams at the Carey Relays on Saturday. The Lady Falcons finished with 78 points. Riverdale was first in the ninth grade 800 sprint medley as the team of Lexi Miller, Alyssa Tackett, Callie Sudlow and Paige Rothlisberger finished in 2:07.25. Read More
Cross and Everhart work ‘boldly’ together in statehouse COLUMBUS — On the desk of Jon Cross's office in the Vernon Riffe State Office Tower is a wooden message. It says simply, "Be Bold." It sets the attitude of the office and bleeds over into the sense of urgency felt by the newly-elected state representative and his legislative aide, Cort Everhart.
