Health trend improvements identified in new assessment After four years, many residents of Hardin County are still overweight and poor, according to the most recent health assessment report. The first health study of youth and adults in the county was completed in 2014. The results of the newest study have been made available and while some things haven't changed much, said Kenton-Hardin Health Department Director of Nursing Cindy Keller, there is reason to be optimistic over some health trends.
