Kenton grads set records at Collegiate powerlifting meet ATHENS — Kenton High School graduates Kaden Gilmore and Parker Rembis both competed on Saturday at the Drug Tested Raw Collegiate National Powerlifting event in Athens. In the 182-pound weight class, Gilmore’s final results were as follows: 501 pounds - squat; 292.1 pounds-bench press; 562.2 pounds - deadlift. He broke the state record with his 501 pound squat. Ada district sues to get broken turbine removed ADA — The blades of the wind turbine on the lawn of the Ada Exempted Village Schools quit turning in June, 2016 when lighting struck the unit.
