Ohio offers new drivers license to comply with travel requirements As Ohioans renew their drivers licenses this year, they may want to consider their travel options for the near future in deciding the type of license to obtain. According to Lindsey Bohrer, spokesperson for the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles in Columbus, a new license will be required for people planning to travel by plane even if those flights are within the U.S. beginning in 2020.
