Risner aims to reduce drug overdoses in county in new role with health department Kevin Risner is an avid believer that healthy relationships are essential in dealing with substance abuse and addiction issues, and with his ministry and teaching background, he believes he’s found a job well suited for him. Employed since July through a grant from the Ohio Department of Health, Kevin, who’s now back in his hometown of Kenton, serves Hardin County through Kenton-Hardin Health Department as the Prescription Drug Overdose Prevention Coordinator.
