According to a deputy at the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office, a box truck operated by Bruce LeVan of Lima was traveling eastbound on CR 180 and failed to yield. Read More

School Resources Officers hope to be part of family When schools open next fall, there will be sheriff’s cruisers in the parking lot and deputies patrolling the hallways at Ridgemont, Hardin Northern and Ada. There also will be School Resource Officer (SRO) in Kenton City Schools through the Kenton Police Department, with funding from the school district. Officer Dan Foulk started in that role in May.
