LIMA — Temple Christian defeated Hardin Northern 12-5 in Northwest Central Conference baseball Tuesday. The Polar Bears, who scored twice in the first and three times in the fourth, were led by three hits from Preston Ribley. Temple Christian scored 11 of its 12 runs in the first three innings.

LIMA — Upper Scioto Valley surrendered nine late-inning runs to Perry, dropping the Northwest Central Conference baseball matchup 10-2 on Tuesday.

MOUNT BLANCHARD — Riverdale baseball nearly had another marquee win, but Arlington forced extra innings and exploded for nine runs in the ninth inning to take a 15-6 victory Monday.

MOUNT BLANCHARD — Taylor Farmer hit a two-out three-run double as part of Riverdale’s six-run second inning Monday during the Falcons’ 7-5 softball win over Arlington.

WAYNESFIELD — Waynesfield-Goshen scored three or more runs in four different innings Monday to defeat Upper Scioto Valley 15-8 in Northwest Central Conference softball.

ST. PARIS — Ben Logan tried to rally from a big deficit Monday in Central Buckeye Conference baseball but fell short, losing to Graham 8-6.

PAULDING — Paulding scored eight runs in the bottom of the first and went on to defeat Ada 22-0 in five innings Monday in Northwest Conference baseball. The Bulldogs had two hits, both by Brayden Sautter. Paulding led 11-0 after two innings, 15-0 after three and 22-0 after four.

LIMA — Hardin Northern scored three runs early and three runs late to defeat Perry 6-3 in Northwest Central Conference softball Monday.
