MOUNT BLANCHARD — Riverdale plated the game-winning run on an illegal pitch in the bottom of the seventh inning to pull out a 3-2 win over North Baltimore in Blanchard Valley Conference softball action on Wednesday.

LIMA — Hardin Northern put Lima Central Catholic away with a 10-run fifth inning on the way to a 16-0 victory in a non-league softball game on Wednesday afternoon.

FOSTORIA — The Kenton tennis team won its 11th match of the season on Wednesday, blanking Fostoria 5-0 in a non-league matchup. Winning at singles for the Wildcats was Jake Abbott, who was a 6-0, 6-0 victor over Noah Kitchen at first singles and Kyle Phillips, who defeated Sabian Arana 6-2, 6-2 at No. 2 singles.

BELLEFONTAINE — Ben Logan held off Graham 4-2 in a Central Buckeye Conference baseball game on Wednesday afternoon. The Raiders, who improve to 18-2 overall and 11-0 in CBC play, received an RBI double from Tyler Tevis and an RBI single from Todd Coleman.

ADA — Bath defeated Ada tennis 4-1 on Wednesday in a match at War Memorial Park. Zach Beaschler grabbed the lone win for the Bulldogs. He defeated Jacob Clark 6-1, 6-0 at No. 1 singles.

McGUFFEY — Upper Scioto Valley scored all of its runs in the first two innings, including five in the first frame, and then held off Lincolnview the rest of the way for a 6-3 victory in the non-league baseball matchup.

MOUNT BLANCHARD — Riverdale got off to a fast start at the plate, scoring three runs in the bottom of the first inning, on the way to a 6-0 Blanchard Valley Conference baseball victory over North Baltimore on Wednesday.

RIDGEWAY — Riverside scored runs in each of the first six innings, including seven in the second inning, on the way to a 13-4 victory over Ridgemont in a Northwest Central Conference softball game on Wednesday afternoon.

Ottawa-Glandorf scored the winning run the top of the seventh inning to defeat Kenton 3-2 in a Western Buckeye League softball matchup on Tuesday afternoon. The Titans scored the game-winning run when Emily Annessor lined a ball along the right-field line that appeared to drop two feet in foul territory.

McGUFFEY — For the second day in a row, Hardin Northern pitcher Addy Bame held Upper Scioto Valley to one run as the Polar Bears earned a Northwest Central Conference softball victory.
