LONDON — The Ben Logan girls track team placed fourth out of seven teams Saturday at the London Red Raider Relays. Hamilton Township won the event.

Bulldogs blow by Arcadia

ARCADIA — The Ada softball team scored in six of the seven innings it batted, including putting the game out of reach with a five-run fifth inning, on the way to a 14-5 victory over Arcadia in a non-league game on Saturday.

Errors cost Polar Bears in loss

DOLA — North Baltimore took advantage of 10 Hardin Northern errors, scoring multiple runs in all five innings it batted on the way to a 22-2 victory over the Polar Bears in a non-league baseball game on Saturday.

The start time for today’s Kenton at Ben Logan varsity baseball and softball games has been postponed until 2 p.m. in order to give the fields more time to dry. The doubleheader had been slated to begin at noon. The Ben Logan at Kenton junior varsity baseball doubleheader will also begin at 2 p.m.

Ben Logan seeks basketball coach

BELLEFONTAINE — The Benjamin Logan Athletic Department is accepting applications for interest in the position of the varsity boys basketball head coach. Multiple teaching positions are also available within the district.

Errors cost Kenton in loss to Lakers

Indian Lake’s Brittany Bryant hit a grand slam to spark a six-run second inning and the Lakers were never challenged on the way to an 11-3 victory over Kenton in a non-league softball game on Wednesday afternoon.
