Van Wert took care of Kenton 25-20, 25-9, 25-11 in Western Buckeye League volleyball action on Tuesday. Lindsey Smith had 5 kills to lead the Wildcat attack.

TIFFIN — Jacob Poling had three goals and two assists as Ada defeated Tiffin Columbian 6-1 in a North Central Ohio Soccer Association match on Tuesday. Isaac Spar added a goal and an assist and Skyler Williams and Isaac Williams both had a goal.

St. Marys defeated the Kenton Middle School seventh grade football team 52-24 on Tuesday at Robinson Field. The Wildcats were led by Korbin Johnston, who had three touchdown passes and added another score on the ground.

Despite facing a lot of pressure from Shawnee throughout the first 40 minuets, the Kenton boys soccer team was able to keep the state-ranked Indians off the scoreboard in the first half of Monday night’s Western Buckeye League contest.

Bellefontaine defeated Kenton 25-18, 17-25, 25-18, 25-23 in a non-league volleyball matchup on Monday night. Leading the way for the Lady Cats was Lacie Nichols with 9 digs and 4 kills and Jenna Manns with 7 digs, 9 assists. Manns also accounted for 21 points while serving including 3 aces.

CALEDONIA — Coby Miller, Logan Frey and Tyler Hart had two goals each to lead Riverdale to a 7-1 win over River Valley in non-league boys soccer action on Monday night. Brayden Courtney also added a goal for Falcons, who improve to 9-0-3 on the season.

FORT LORAMIE — State-ranked Fort Loramie swept Ben Logan 27-25, 26-24, 25-13 in a non-league volleyball matchup Monday night. The Raiders fall to 12-6 on the season. Bailey Shope tallied 4 kills, 12 digs, 3 blocks and dished out 2 assists to lead the Raiders; while Kylie Frazier recorded 8 kills, 9 digs and had 8 assists.

Dylan Welch netted three goals to help the Ben Logan boys soccer team tie Springfield Northeastern 4-4 on Monday night. Henry Myers added a goal for the Raiders, while Blaine Worden had 2 assists and Caleb Epp had 1 assist.

VAN WERT — Lincolnview swept Hardin Northern 25-8, 25-15, 25-15 in a non-league volleyball match on Monday night. Alex Jackson had 4 kills, 2 blocks and 1 dig to lead the Polar Bears.

The Ben Logan Middle School volleyball teams finished up their regular seasons with victories over Indian Lake on Monday. The seventh grade Raiders won 25-20, 25-16. Mia Stahler had 5 aces and 6 kills, Makayla Williamson added 9 kills and Kearstin Linkinhoker had 3 kills.
