Wildcats have easy time with Sandusky

SANDUSKY — KP Miller had two goals and an assist and five other Kenton players netted a goal as the Wildcats ripped Sandusky 7-0 in a non-league soccer match on Saturday afternoon. Reed Cook, Trenton Yoder, Riley Risner, Gus Forester and Colby Quay also netted goals for the Wildcats.

Schriber finishes 4th at WBL tennis tourney

LIMA — Kenton’s top singles players, Mykaela Schriber dropped both of her matches on Saturday at the Western Buckeye League tennis tournament as she finished fourth in the No. 1 singles bracket. After winning her opening match on Thursday, Schriber, who was seeded fourth coming into the tournament, fell in the semifinals to top-seeded Aria Patel of Bath 6-2, 6-1.
