Grant for 4-H camp Posted on July 20, 2019 0 Submitted photo Kenton Elks Lodge 157 PER Elisa Umbaugh (left) presents an Elks National Foundation Gratitude Grant check for $2,000 to Amanda Raines, Extension Educator and 4-H Youth Development coordinator. The grant is being used to assist 40 Hardin County youth with 4-H camp expenses. Hardin County 4-H members will be attending Camp Ohio July 21-25.
