WAPAKONETA — Kenton saw success on Friday in winning both doubles matches, but came up just shy of a third match win in a 3-2 loss at Wapakoneta. At first doubles, Kenton’s Cale Harshfield and Braylon Smith defeated Reese Schadl and Olivia Lewis 6-1, 6-0. Kenton’s second doubles tandem of Tate Ketcham and Ethan McNamara defeated Kambree Lighty and Marly Webb 6-3, 6-0. Kenton’s Wyatt Campbell lost 6-2, 6-2 to Brayden Hooker at first singles. Seth Spencer fell 6-3, 6-3 to Riley Szelagowski at second singles. Brian Rogers dropped a 6-4, 6-2 decision to Kamie Jauert at third singles.
