Midwest ESC sets meetings Posted on December 27, 2018 0 The Midwest Regional Educational Service Center will hold its reorganizational meeting at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 10, 2019 at the Upper Scioto Valley Local School District board room, 510 S. Courtright Street, McGuffey. The meeting will be followed by the regular board meeting at 6:30 p.m.
