USV’s Inniger named NWCC baseball coach of the year Posted on May 28, 2025 0 Upper Scioto Valley’s Nathan Inniger was named the Northwest Central Conference baseball coach of the year on Saturday. The Rams clinched a share of their first NWCC title since 2012. There was a four-way tie at the top as USV, Lima Perry, Hardin Northern and North Baltimore all went 7-2. Hardin Northern has won shares of two straight NWCC championships. Kenton Times coverage area players earning first-team honors were: Xander Wilson (HN), Nolan Hopson (HN), Kruz Curtis (HN), Ethan Moore (Ridgemont) and Maddox Underwood (USV). USV’s Beau Sanders, plus Ridgemont’s Xavier Stuck and Jayden Sifrit received second-team honors. Dylan Bacon and Mason Stewart were Hardin Northern’s honorable mentions. Jon Cromer and Kody Kiser got the nods for Ridgemont. Mason Thompson and Wyatt Davis were USV’s selections. Lima Perry’s Hunter Scott was the player of the year.
