Shepherd will begin at 1 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 26, 2018 at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Alger by the Rev. Anthony Krummrey. Burial will be in Preston Cemetery, Alger. Friends may call 5-8 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 25 and one hour prior to services Friday. She died on Thursday, Oct. 18, 2018 in Waco, Texas.
