Born in Bluffton, OH on November 21, 1944, to Lauren and Elizabeth (Freed) Borger, who preceded him in death. A Celebration of Life will be held at Living Hope Church, 2515 Heatherwood Dr. Findlay, OH 45840, on Saturday February 28, 2026, at 11:30 am with Pastor Dewey officiating. Visitation starting at 10:00 am. Burial will be at a later date in the St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery, Jenera, OH.
