She was 47 years old. A celebration of Cindy’s life will be held on Monday, October 22, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at the Hanson-Neely Funeral Home in Alger, Ohio, followed by burial at the nearby Preston Cemetery, Alger.
