Born on June 23, 1964, in Bellefontaine, she was the daughter of the late David E. and Carolyn J. (Corwin) Stover. Surviving are her brother, Mark D. Stover of Forest, and her sister, Mitzie (Raymond) Perry of Sycamore. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Michael E. Stover.
