The Pioneers trailed 13-2 after one then held Union County to just two points in the second quarter to shorten it to 15-12 at the break. Jake Seagrave led Hardin County with 12 points and knocked down three triples. Trent Daniels pitched in six points. Rodd Jordan had four points. Bella Dray and Josh Gammon each had two points. Ivan Green paced all scorers with 14 points to power Union County. Shannon Daniels tallied six points.
