Purcell will begin at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 3, 2020 at Grove Cemetery in Kenton by Pastor Jason Manns. Anyone attending services is asked to please wear a mask and social distance when possible. The Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton is assisting the family with arrangements. He died on Wednesday, Nov. 25, 2020 at Marion General Hospital. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the funeral home in care of the family.
