USV board meetings on third Mondays Posted on January 29, 2018 0 McGUFFEY — The Upper Scioto Valley Board of Education will hold its regular monthly meetings on the third Monday of each month at 6 p.m. in the board room at the school, with the exception of the February meeting which will be held on Feb. 26.
