Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky. He died Thursday, Oct. 17, 2024 at Admiral Pointe’s Nursing & Rehabilitation, Huron. He was born November 15, 1948 in Kenton. Surviving are his mother, Donna (Chalfin) Hicks; wife, Phen (Wilawan) Joseph; sons, Brian (Angela) and Shawn (Christina) Joseph; and half-brothers and sisters, Ronnie, Keith and Nancy Joseph.
