TRAFFIC

In addition to the fines levied against defendants who are found guilty, $39 in state costs, $45 in court costs, $12 for court special projects and $9 for the court computerization fund will be assessed, a total of $105.

Calynn Ellen Murphy, 10333 CR 265, Kenton, speeding 41 mph in a 25 mph zone, fined $35.

Angela Kay Schleter, TIffin, speeding 49 mph in a 35 mph zone, fined $35.

Etzer Jose Pino Palencia, Columbus, speeding 51 mph in a 35 mph zone, fined $35.

Trenianne Lucil Hershberger, Sidney, speeding 52 mph in a 35 mph zone, fined $35.

Cathy Denise Imbody, New Bloomington, speeding 68 mph in a 55 mph zone, fined $35.

Fined $35 for speeding 69 mph in a 55 mph zone were Cole Thomas Hankinson, Columbus, and Wesley Hunter Spires, 639 S. Detroit St., Kenton.

Ernest C. Macar, Uniontown, Pa., speeding 70 mph in a 55 mph zone, fined $35.

Eric Thomas Watson, Whitehouse, speeding 71 mph in a 55 mph zone, fined $35.

Stevin Lee Hardcook, Indianapolis, Ind., speeding 72 mph in a 55 mph zone, fined $35.

Fined $30 for seat belt violations were Allen Lee Hart, 16641 CR 115, Kenton, Nicholas Ryan Kelly, 391 CR 80, Alger, and Rileigh Michael Miner, Waynesfield.

Fined $45 for display of registration/plates were Joshua Michael Davis, Marion, and Victoria P. Mason, 436 Liberty St., Ada.

Seth Welsh, 14022 TR 55, Kenton, starting/backing improperly, fined $45.

Fined $45 for stopping at a sidewalk were Koby Akiya Conley, Findlay, and Roby Lynn Smith, 2618 Wayne St., Dola.

Braylon C. Hites, 214 N. Detroit St., Kenton, stop sign violation, fined $45.

Fined $45 for traffic control device/signal violations were Denver Engle, Marysville, Michael Geiser, Ann Arbor, Mich., Dorothy E. Myers, 442 E. Highland Ave., Ada, Jonathan Rettig, Ann Arbor, Mich., and Delbert L. Robinson, Garfield.

Cory Lee Hustlar, 723 W. Lima St. Lot 63, Kenton, driving under suspension amended to no operator’s license, fined $75.

David De Jesus, 627 Robinson Ave., Kenton, no operator’s license, fined $150.

Jeffrey Allen Wireman, 511 East St., McGuffey, operating a vehicle under the influence amended to reckless operation, fined $150.

Erik Mendoza Hernandez, 201 W. Pattison Ave., Kenton, valid driver’s license, fined $150; vehicle traveling in the opposite direction, dismissed at cost.

Jeffrey Albert Bolling, 533 E. Marion St., Mt. Victory, driving under suspension amended to no operator’s license, fined $200.

Adolfo Hernandez, 322 N. Leighton St., Kenton, no operator’s license and marked lanes, fined $205.

Tino Lopez, 809 S. Detroit St., Kenton, no operator’s license and turn/stop signals, fined $205.

Maria Romero, 1 Champion Ct., Kenton, no operator’s license and no tail lights, fined $205.

Carlos Gabriel, Mation, no operator’s license and willful/wanton disregard, fined $205.

Tomas Cristobal, 520 S. Wayne St., Kenton, no operator’s license and child restraint, fined $225.

Jason McClain, 107 W. Buckeye Ave., Ada, OVI suspension, sentenced to five days in jail, operator’s license suspended for one year, probation for one year, fined $500.

Jason L. Long, 817 Robinson Ave., Kenton, fictitious registration and failure to reinstate, sentenced to 30 days of jail with 29 days suspended, 16 hours of community service in lieu of one day in jail, probation for six months, fined $400.

Hunter James Skiver, Lafayette, operating a vehicle under the influence, sentenced to 60 days of jail with 50 days suspended, operator’s license suspended for two years, probation for two years, fined $850; OVI refusal and marked lanes, dismissed at cost.

MIchael Edward Hollan, 555 E. Pattison Ave., Kenton, OVI plasma amended to OVI second offense, sentenced to 180 days of jail with 175 days suspended, operator’s license suspended for two years, probation for two years, fined $800; failure to control, dismissed at cost.

CRIMINAL

Clinton Rigney, 398 E. Forest Road, Apt. 20B, Kenton, disorderly conduct, fined $60.

Jonathan Nathan Rhoads, 603 Summit St., Kenton, disorderly conduct, fined $75.

Edward Bovender, 3768 TR 55, Ada, two counts of failure to confine dog, fined $130.

Peyton Jean Dye, 5017 TR 105, Dola, two counts of failure to confine dog, fined $150.

Sally Smith, 126 W. North Ave., Ada, criminal trespassing, sentenced to 30 days of jail, probation for six months, no contact with Matthew McCullough or 420 Oriental St., Kenton, fined $175.

Alan Kinkead, 803 Summit St., Ada, possession of drug paraphernalia, sentenced to 30 days of jail with 29 days suspended, 16 hours of community service in lieu of one day in jail, probation for one year, fined $175.
