MOUNT BLANCHARD — Riverdale Treasurer Jody Ribley said the district’s finances are stable at this time, but she cautioned the board to “keep an eye on spending” over the next five years. The information was part of Ribley’s five-year forecast which was approved Monday night by the board.

The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) District 1 is in search of seasonal employees for the upcoming winter season and will hold a winter seasonal career fair Friday, Oct. 27. It will be held from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at ODOT’s Hardin County maintenance facility, 13052 U.S. 68, Kenton.
