MOUNT VICTORY — The Plaza Inn Casual Family Restaurant in Mount Victory is going "All Out for United Way" on Monday, Sept. 18. United Way President Merleen Barnes said The Plaza Inn has been a faithful contributor for United Way, and continues again this year pledging a percentage of their sales on Monday for the United Way "All-Out" campaign.

FLR Insurancenter is marking 100 years as a local business during a celebration at its office at 123 W. Carrol St., Kenton, today until 4 p.m. Hot dogs, cupcakes, pie, ice cream and popcorn will be available. There also will be drawings for gift cards and other giveaways. October 1 will officially mark the agency’s 100th year in operation and it has a rich legacy in Hardin County.
