MOUNT VICTORY — The starting time for the Ridgemont Board of Education regular meeting on Thursday, Feb. 25 has been changed from 5 to 6:30 p.m. It will be held in the conference room at the school.

THURSDAY, FEB. 18 Ada Board of Education – 5 p.m., board of education office; regular meeting and planning session

ADA — Visitors to the Ada Municipal Swimming Pool this summer will have a like-new slide to enjoy. At its regular meeting Tuesday night, the Ada Village Council approved a resolution authorizing the mayor to enter into an agreement for the water slide refurbishing project.

ALGER — The committee studying the employee handbook for the village of Alger will meet in a work session at 6 p.m. today in council chambers. The ordinance review committee will be meeting Monday at 6 p.m. in the town offices.

Participants for the twenty-fourth annual Hardin Leadership class, a program designed for the development of informed and effective community leaders, are being recruited now until March. Hardin Leadership is sponsored and conducted by the Hardin Leadership Steering Committee.
