FOREST — Community First Bancshares, Inc., the holding company of Community First Bank, N.A. of Forest , Kenton and Upper Sandusky , held the annual stockholders meeting April 21 at the Forest VFW social room in Forest. There were 98 stockholders present.

Daniel A. DiBiasio, of Ada, was appointed to the Liberty National Bank Board of Directors on Tuesday, May 12 at a monthly board meeting.
