Varian Ray Shepherd, 6609 TR 145, Kenton – speeding 39 mph in a 35 mph zone, fined $15.

A Dola man was sent to prison for 11 months on a single drug charge in a case heard in Hardin County Common Pleas Court. According to court records from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s office, Kim Duane Gibson, 2411 Anthony St., Dola, entered a guilty plea to one count of possession of heroin and received the 11-month prison sentence.

Wade Travis Stauffer, Lima – speeding 49 mph in a 35 mph zone, fined $25.

Ross O. Stevenson to Ronald E. Stevenson and wife, .115 acres, Ada Lands, in part of Section 22, Liberty Twp. Tax $260.

Former bailiff and probation officer Donald Castle has posted bail and been released from the Multi-County Jail in Marion. According to a spokesperson at the facility, Castle posted bail on a $200,000 bond on Tuesday. He is facing seven counts of rape and two charges of gross sexual imposition.
