A Bowling Green man was sent to prison for five years and classified as a Tier II sexual offender after he made sexual advances to a ten-year-old girl as she was sleeping. According to court records from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s office, Ray Clifford Garza Jr., 29, of Bowling Green, was a guest in the house where the incident occurred on Jan. 2.

The Hardin County Veteran’s Service Commission reported issuing 16 vouchers for the month of June totaling $1,854.35. Of that amount, two vouchers worth $250 were issued for food and another $1,694,35 for utilities and other expenses.

The Hardin County Recorder’s Office reported the following transactions for June:

Kathleen A. Howard, Morrow – speeding 33 mph in a 20 mph school zone, fined $150. Fined $150 for speeding 35 mph in a 25 mph school zone were: Adam M. Kindle, 125 Grandview Blvd., Ada; and Heather L. McKinney, 105 E. Belmont St., Alger.

Hardin County Treasurer Denise Althauser is reminding all property owners that real estate tax payments are due by Wednesday, July 11. The last day to pay manufactured home (trailer) tax in Hardin County without penalty is Wednesday, July 25.

A Kenton man was sent to prison for more than 15 years and was labeled a sexual offender after he pleaded guilty to seven sex-related charges in a case heard in Hardin County Common Pleas Court. According to court records from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s office, Jeromy Andrew Ramge, 7772 CR 167, Kenton, admitted to three counts of gross sexual imposition and four charges of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.

Rosina Marie Estes, Ann Arbor, Mich., speeding 43 mph in 25 mph zone, fined $25.

Jason Allan Isenbarger, 418 N. Cherry St., Kenton and Katherine Lynne Brim, same address

A Wharton woman was placed on community control after pleading guilty to drug-related charges. According to court records from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s office, Sarah Marie Fast was charged with possession of heroin and possession of drug abuse instruments.

Charly Roldan Hernandez, Lima – speeding 46 mph in a 35 mph zone, fined $25. Suneet Agrawal, Dublin – speeding 47 mph in a 35 mph zone, one prior offense, fined $65.
