A Dunkirk man was placed on community control after pleading guilty to charges in a case heard in Hardin County Common Pleas Court. According to court records from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s office, Lonnie Ray Slone, 461 S. Walnut St., Dunkirk, admitted to kicking in the door at the home of his ex-wife, also in Dunkirk.

An Alger man was placed on community control after he admitted to a drug-related charge in a case heard in Hardin County Common Pleas Court. According to court records from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s office, Kevin Jarold Joseph, 6073 Ohio 235, Alger, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin.

A Forest man with a record of domestic violence was sent to prison after he admitted physically assaulting his stepdaughter and wife in a case heard in Hardin County Common Pleas Court. According to court records from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s office, Edward L. Pitt, 16236 South Street, Forest, pleaded guilty to one count of domestic violence.
