Hardin County Prosecutor Brad Bailey believes that during the two-day trial in Hardin County Common Pleas Court he presented enough evidence to convict the former Allen East music teacher of four felony counts of attempted obscenity involving a minor; two felony counts of attempted illegal use of a minor in nudity oriented material and two misdemeanor counts of attempted illegal use of a minor in nudity oriented performance. Forest man pleads guilty to role in Kenton home invasion, assault A second man has admitted to his part in a Kenton home invasion and assault which took place in late September.
